Pros

Residences are mostly great, some of your peers are great to work with.

Cons

Micromanaged, only care for corporate employees, insane hoops to go thru to get monthly bonuses, blocked all deserved raises even though they constantly raise market rent and increases - most greedy company ever!

Pros

Great people to work with! I've been greatly supported and encouraged by everyone in the company - those I work with directly and those in management. This is a company that recognizes hard work and aptitude and puts you where you need to be.

Cons

PTO before 6 months of employment is pretty minimal, but after that you get a decent vacation allotment.
