Pros

Great local company, people know who you are, not just a cog in the wheel.

Cons

(May have changed since working there), VERY bad bonus structure for leasers. If you aren't getting compensated, then there is no drive to lease!

-Do not offer fair overtime -Upper management is cliquey/ favoritism -No support -Heavy workload -Little/ no proper training -Staff is always changing/ no consistency
