Pros

Flexible hours, Fully applianced kitchen in the break room, free drinks

Cons

Upper management doesn't care what you have to say unless you are above them in rank, do what you're told or go to the door even if the company is hurting itself by pursuing failing leads, pay was very low for the workload that increased constantly, employees came and went like crazy

Pros

I had experience as a Property manager coming into the company, and so I was able to get an interview. The Mill Properties in RI are lovely. The residents of the Apartments are fantastic people.

Cons

They rely on Excel Spreadsheets for all internal organization. Staff are treated poorly. HR is a joke. They do not respond to the important needs of the employees. Worst of all, those people who work for this company are treated with no respect. Expect a daily barrage of emails; Constant changes in policy or procedure (creating extra work for all); If they think that yor work performance does not meet their standards, don't be expecting any help or training -it's not going to happen. No time for family or life on the other side of this work day. They expect to reach 24/7. Don't need anything, it will show weakness. If someone showed how to do something once, it better have been learned or no one will hear the end of it.

Pros

the ability to make a good commission.

Cons

there is no work/life balance and you are expected to be available 24/7, management is disrespectful, employees are not valued for their opinions and are told to not question them, there is no training, constant emails, horrible benefits, no sick time and PTO time is really not PTO time, employees are like a revolving door.
