No late nights, got free things from residents

Cons

Upper management is shady and no room for growth. Favoritism is showed a lot all the way from corporate office to off site offices

Love My Job, Busy and the Days Go By Very Fast

Pros

I love working here! My boss is the COO and he has a great sense of humor. You are expected to work and get the job done and I do not think that is unreasonable at all! I see the negative reviews from disgruntled former employees and that is just what they are. They could not cut it here....oh well! The company buys us lunch every Thursday, they have a soda fountain in the kitchen for free sodas and coffee all day long! They constantly raffle off tickets to employees for events at the Verizon Wireless arena. Their benefits are great, they pay for 88% of the employees insurance premiums. There are definitely advancement opportunities as this company is growing at a very fast pace!

Cons

I wish they compensated you somehow if you don't need their medical insurance. I also wish they had annual performance reviews which would be helpful and constructive to know what you were doing well and areas you could improve in.

Pros

Great working environment. Positive Co-workers with a real "Team" spirit. Lots of perks, ie: coffee & soda anytime, lunch on Thursdays, tickets to events at the Verizon etc. Traditional benefits package also competitive. Allows employees to take on new challenges, allowing for learning and growth.

Cons

Salaries could be more commensurate with level of work and workload
