Pros

Property management is like if customer service, hospitality, and collections had a baby. It's never boring at a Brady Sullivan Property. The environment is very fast paced but if you struggle, your team will bring you back up. I love knowing that if I have an issue with a tenant or i'm struggling with something I can quickly email the corporate office and receive a reply with how to do or what to do. My boss is the best and my biggest ally at work. Work relationships are comfortable and relaxed so you can really enjoy the job without the added stress. Benefits are great! Schedules and requesting time off are great as well. My #1 Pro: The smile and thanks from a new move in, the excitement of an approved applicant, and the rapport you build with each tenant.

Cons

Remember when i spoke about teamwork? This is when working at Brady Sullivan sucks and it has nothing to do with the head honcho(s) or the corporate office. The office environment is tiny comprised of maybe a property manager, an assistant, and multiple leasing associates. The cogs only turn properly if we all pitch in and do our part. All of the weight and pressure shouldn't be left on 1 leasing associate or manager because the other cogs are busy not pitching in. But sometimes, it happens. The corporate office tends to act like a hawk and micromanage sometimes. You just can't take things personally.

Pros

I started as an intern and was offered a full time position in under a year. The office environment is upbeat and fast-paced. My coworkers are respectful yet lighthearted, which makes for a pretty comfortable workplace. Personally, as an architectural drafter/designer it is gratifying to be a part of renovations that historically preserve yet bring life back to an underutilized building.

Cons

I am almost always cold when I sit at my desk.

Pros

Working here is an educational experience, supervisors ensure that staff is knowledgeable on all fair housing laws and their role in the industry. This helped me a great deal and makes me better at my job every day. If you prove yourself you are rewarded and there is a lot of opportunity for advancement. The units are gorgeous and you can be proud of the product you are selling! Brady Sullivan is always looking to improve their relationship with their employees and tenants alike. Many of the people that have given bad reviews aren't expressing their concerns to management. In my experience they have always been very receptive to concerns, no one can fix a problem if they do not know it's going on!

Cons

The environment can be fast paced, so if you aren't willing to work hard then it may not be the career for you. You do have to work some weekends, luckily supervisors are great about giving you one off if you request it!
