Pros

I like the atmosphere of this company. Everyone usually gets along pretty well and it is pretty relaxed overall. Everyone in the department is close and will help each other out. Manager gives a lot of autonomy and is the farthest thing from a micromanager.

Cons

Vacation time and benefits could be a bit better.

Pros

They hire without expecting experience, easy onboarding, no expectation of overtime. Met people I am still good friends with :)

Cons

Micromanagement from corporate, antiquated policies and procedures. Lots of finger-pointing, sink-or -swim training scenarios. Below industry standard pay, benefits & schedule for onsite employees and totally discrepant quality of work life for corporate office employees.
