Interesting space, great list of existing customers

Cons

Senior leaders are ineffective. Layoffs are routine because the company is not growing in a rapidly expanding market. Direction changes with the wind. Entire teams are dismissed, their job functions are outsourced, then their jobs are reposted months later.

Cool core product and some great people

Cons

The pivot to Sales Enablement came too late for this old (but good) product to ever truly compete with other newer players. A management team lead by a CEO who is a CEO because of time there vs. skills means that hard decisions don't get made. And, the desperation is palpable with great execs leaving suddenly while other, mediocre and/or unnecessarily tough ones stay. Management team asks people to submit good Glassdoor reviews.

Pros

They had a good product but didn’t seem to know how to position it. Lots of good people have come and gone, and lots of bad management then, and now. The fish rots from the head.

Cons

Favoritism, managers who pretend to care, territories with ridiculous goals, high school atmosphere, managers who would never help you out. No strategy other than dropping the price, no growth. Flynn is not a leader.
