Good company to work for, strong, well engineered product, but needs better direction.

Pros

Friendly atmosphere. Talented, and approachable coworkers. Location is close to the commuter rail.

Cons

I would like to see more innovation. Allow the engineers to be free thinkers, but this is difficult in fast pace agile environment.

Very focused on both the success of their customers and employees. Brainshark has been executing very well for more than 10 years and has great growth potential going forward. Very little employee turnover in the Company.

Cons

Honesty can't think of any cons....unless you don't like the changes brought on by growth.
