Amazing environment, wonderful people, a great place to learned and explore where you may want your career path to go.

Cons

Growing pains. The company is growing, which is awesome, but the changes in how things are done and who does what are frequent and often hard to keep track of.

Great company to work for. I have been at the company for 7 years. The executive team listens to the employees and takes action. The product is backed by an amazing engineering team who is constantly refreshing the product based on customer feedback.

Cons

Too small to move up the ladder fast. While the company has grown there are limited opportunities for advancement.
