I can't think of any.

Cons

upper management is father/son and other friends/family. There's no preference for knowledge or experience - you move up strictly by knowing the right people on a personal level. There's zero consideration for customer's best interest. just make the sale as big as you can even if they don't need it. I'd never send my wife, mother or any female in a single shop in this region as women are laughable easy targets to this company.

The job itself was 'fun' it was a chance to continue my career in my field and meet new people, explore new opportunities and do business in new towns with new customers and new accounts.

Cons

Mandatory Saturdays, below national average for pay, terrible communication and unrealistic sales quotas.
