      The company is a very casual down to earth company. Dress code is very casual in the office, and there is always dialogue between office members going on.

      Cons

      Sometimes the company is not organized between branches which creates more work.

      Pros

      Safway is welcoming, stable, and thinks in a very logical way. There is a reason why they are growing and so attractive to clients! The work/life balance is incredible for an office employee.

      Cons

      A lot of approvals must be obtained before something can go into effect. Not a lot of growth opportunity. Some departments are very hard to work with.
