Pros

nice facility, well stocked with supplies, fairly well staffed with CNS's most shifts. for area fairly well compensated. OK benefits for full time staff.

Cons

Management seemed stand offish, nurses treated as if disposable, patient assignments could be way to high on any given shift.

Very flexible with schedule, and there are some perks that you get that do not come with a regular part-time job.

Cons

You must work holidays, supervisors are always stressed and are always disrespectful to the employees, always short staffed
