Frequently understaffed which causes frustration to both the staff and the works. But its constantly improving. Staff is encouraged to work together which makes it a better experience.

The famous click. Wreaked with unfairness, upper management- ruthless, nonsupportive. Had their minions report everything then minions got rewarded for creating a mess. Slave labor- minimal pay. No employee appreciation. Lot of favoritism. No room to grow. You can experience bullying here all day long from management. No professionalism. I've never seen a company lose its DON so fast and the directors or CEO not do anything about that- bullying by the administrator/executive director. We had really nice DONs but upper management treated them like crap and got rid of them. You have no one to complain to and if you do follow protocol with your concerns, you are penalized. Then out of nowhere you are written up for something- to teach you a lesson. If you kiss up to management then you can get favor from upper management. They are always short staffed so you end up staying to help. If you miss something from staying over to help, you get penalized. In my 4 years there, I have seen more wrong from upper management than anywhere else I have worked.
