Pros

Financially strong, strong executive leadership, family atmosphere, diverse project base

Cons

Family atmosphere can be a con if you don't fit the B&G "norm". Little focus on diversity in employees, Christian religious undertone is strong, can be long hours but that comes with the industry, staff meetings that open in prayer, having every charity event centered around christian organizations.

Pros

Honest people, leadership and ethics start from the top. I enjoyed my tenure here. The great reputation of this company held by clients and employees is much deserved. I was very happy at B&G and highly recommend it to anyone seeking employment. I now work for a non-competing company and frequently give them a recommendation as a great place to work and also to clients that I cannot serve.

Cons

It is a big company with limited opportunities to advance.

B&G has a sense of family. Executives really seem to care about employees

So many system changes - a lot of back and forth with procedures. It seems like they don't always think things through
