Pros
Very apt to let you work overtime and take on your own tasks. They always compensate you for travel expenses and treat you to nice dinners. The company does a justice to students interested in construction management by providing them real world experience. If you enjoy playing golf, you'll get a long with 90% of the employees (a plus for me).
Cons
It's understood that you're supposed to work 50-60 hours a week, which doesn't make much time for much of anything else.
