Managers are very *weird* about any disability needs, which creates lots of stress for employees with chronic conditions. Not a friendly environment unless you're an athletic white male. Owners and office staff are super unfriendly and highly judgmental. Super nitpicky about image and aesthetics. Also said they were following Covid-19 precautions but blatantly were not (6 ft distance; wanting people to come in when sick). Gender pay gap.

Not only is pay good and work environment fun, but the more work you put in, Brassica is willing to offer workers opportunities to move up in the company
