      The TA team is extremely chaotic. Constant changes, lack of communication and processes, and the onboarding process had a severe lack of training for the role specifically. Most recently, after being told numerous times by the leadership team we did not need to be looking for another job and sharing financials to “show” that the company was in a good place, there was a sudden layoff. I was confused when I first started because I thought that this was supposed to be an amazing place to work- and while the pros listed are true, and the cons made for an overall disappointing and frustrating experience.
