      Pros

      As someone whose been at Braze for a few years, I can say with confidence that I feel comfortable about the company’s growth during these uncertain economic times and respect their openness to let employees work remotely with ease.

      Cons

      We’ve started to see things like company parties and lunches go away, but this has been communicated as a temporary move.

      Pros

      The c-suite know what they're doing and stay true to it. Braze is the best in the market for what they do. They're very well managed and offer fair pay.

      Cons

      While overall management is amazing, I unfortunately had a not so great manager. That was my particular experience. But lots of great people and managers at Braze overall.
