It's a US HQ company and it shows. People are hired and fired easily, especially if they have an opinion that might not always match leaders'. People are very rarely recognised for the actual work they do. It's fast paced and can be hard to strike a work life balance sometimes. This is even more so if you are outside the US as you are working your own hours and also matching US hours during busy periods. Direction from leadership is almost always inconsistent. The list goes on.
