      Pros

      Working at Braze has been nothing short of amazing! The people, the culture and the freedom to solve new challenges has been a huge improvement from other places that I've worked. I'm so happy to have joined this growing company and couldn't recommend it to others who are thinking of applying.

      Pros

      Love the fast-paced environment with so many rich problems to solve. Also it’s the only non-mission driven company I’ve ever worked for and it’s actually the most mission driven company I’ve worked for. People live out values versus bake them into a product marketing narrative. It’s honestly refreshing. Love my team and manager and have felt welcomed and supported since the day I had my first interview.

      Cons

      I haven’t worked this hard in a long time but it’s mostly because I’m energized to do so. Not sure if it’s a sustainable path, but time will tell.
