As everyone else says, this place requires alot out of you mentally . There is heavy expectation to onboard alot of intricate information. It can take months for it all to click. So you can feel frustrated for a while trying to keep up on all the processes. But they are really well documented processes. So it's manageable. You'll find your self doing too much work at times. It's hard to shut off as there's always something left to be done. But managers trust you enough to handle your workload. There's encouragement to take PTO when and how long you need, to recharge.
