A Place That Truly Invests in the Customer AND the Employee

Braze is truly focused on innovation in all facets and the experience. This focus on the experience is not just highlighting how the product works or what the customer sees but it goes much further than that. Braze focuses on the experience of each person within the organization, our partners, competitors and more. I've personally never seen a company within this industry which truly invests as much in their people as it does in their software, product, offerings. Always looking to improve and iterate, Braze is at the forefront of innovation, resting on it's laurels just doesn't seem to be in the vocabulary. In a world where you're always looking to push yourself Braze still does a phenomenal job of providing the space and boundaries to have healthy work life balance. In fact it's so often in the forefront of discussions that teams and leadership are regularly looking for additional opportunities to remind or provide even more more work life balance through encouraged PTO, flexible working and more. The culture is something to absolutely write home about. Whether it's team outings, happy hours, Employee Resource Groups, events (virtual and in person) or more Braze recognizes that what makes us unique are our people and perspectives and really breathes life into that. Lastly I would be remiss if I didn't highlight that Braze has a set of values and holds everyone to those values at every level within the organization. When Braze expects everyone to "take their seat at the table" they truly provide the space and opportunities for everyone to do just that.

This is a fast paced environment, in which employees and leaders alike are often pushing ourselves even further, if you're not the kind of person who is looking to continue to grow beyond your current skill set and advance professionally and personally, then this is probably not the right environment for you.
