      It’s the only place I’ve ever worked where there are a surplus of really challenging problems to solve and everyone has a chance to solve them

      Cons

      Growth can be very challenging at times. Solving hard problems isn’t easy.

      Braze is not only a great place to work because of the incredibly talented, kind, curious people - but also because the work is truly meaningful in contributing to the rocketship growth!

      Growing pains of any company who is evolving in the complex tech landscape. There are a lot of unknowns but if you can work through them, you even have the chance to SHAPE them for the better!
