Certain teams may not have the best culture but overall I really did enjoy my time and learned a lot and had many friendships.

Cons

Compensation compared to market rate is not the best for certain teams. They have a compensation team but don't see much changes

Its a good job if you want to be prospecting a lot and have upside to make large amounts of money.

Cons

High level of prospecting for a new business role, low inbound lead flow, unequal inbound distribution, an overly political company, have heard that the Account Management side of the business is a " sorority girls club".
