I can speak on my experience as part of the UX team: * Management encourages career growth and will find ways to support your goals * The overall team understands the importance of keeping meetings on time and also relevant to attendees. * There's space to learn new skills and apply them. From what I've seen, people lean into hearing each other's thoughts on how to improve current processes. * There are recurring opportunities for your work and contributions to be recognized.
