Pros

The salaries are competitive, the product is good.

Cons

Braze is a toxic workplace. The corporate culture is oppressive and very political. Hidden layoffs, burnouts, and a culture of fear prevail. Employees are fired within an hour and being deactivated from Slack. Leadership prioritizes profit over people, with draconian HR/legal procedures. Save yourself the stress and disappointment, and look elsewhere for employment.

Pros

There is a clear and genuine approach at Braze when it comes to helping each other succeed. What is also refreshing is the communication during town halls and emails from the CEO and other C-level executives providing updates and movement across the organization. Equally as helpful is that the product and services we provide are top notch and only getting better.

Cons

Curious to see what upward mobility looks like. My manager has been incredibly helpful in prepping me for when the opportunity comes but when that opportunity will actually be, is tbd.
