Pros

- Very flexible scheduling - Good communication from the top down -Great potential for additional earnings depending on performance

Cons

- Base pay is only increased based on merit from a year to year basis and doesn’t seem to be adequate given current rapid inflationary nature of economy - Highly performance based and if you do not produce, run a high risk of termination due to corrective action plans being initiated

Pros

Bread was a good company to work for. They had amazing benefits, good support from management, and the best work/life balance I've ever received. However, in my department as a collections associate, it was hard to meet monthly quotas. You have to really be on your Ps and Qs to try and make enough money. If you don't meet your monthly quotas, eventually they will fire you. But they give you plenty of chances before that happens.

Cons

The only con I can really remember is the management sometimes switched too often. I worked there for a year and a half and had probably 3 different supervisors in that time. They don't get fired, they will just move your team around.
