      Biggest pro is that they treat their employees like actual people and not just worker drones that exist to make the company money.

We have about 7,500 associates in the US and India and that can feel very big sometimes - that is understandable. Thanks for sharing!!

We try to communicate often and transparently to keep associates informed with weekly "In the Know" emails and we frequently seek feedback from our associates in quarterly surveys to improve our associate experience and the company.
