      Pros

      The company culture at Bread Financial is like nowhere else I’ve seen before. They’ve done a great job of unifying all the departments to really feel like the whole company is working together towards a single goal. It’s very empowering and motivating.

      Cons

      It was an incredible experience, but I wanted more opportunity to move up than I was finding at the time.

      Great WFH job

      Pros

      I got my first WFH job with this company and I loved it so much I stayed for almost 5 years. If you’ve never worked from home before I highly recommend it. It’s truly a game changer, especially if you have a family or get social anxiety. BF offers a lot of WFH opportunities, which makes it a great company to work for if that’s something you’re prioritizing.

      Cons

      It can be difficult to find a good work life balance at first if you’re new to working from home. It takes some adjustment and there’s also other differences to consider (you spend a lot more time on the computer obviously) so just keep that in mind.
