      Pros

      Their training program is world-class. Coworkers are eager to help if you’re feeling stuck. Compensation is above average. Clearly defined process and procedures. Wonderful company culture.

      Cons

      It’s more involved than I expected, which isn’t necessarily a bad thing.

      Forward-thinking leadership that provides a positive, safe environment for people of all backgrounds. Unlike many large businesses that put on fronts to seem progressive, the leadership at Bread Financial genuinely believes in each and every cause they advocate for.

      Cons

      Bread Financial may not be “perfect” (whatever that means), but they’re constantly taking steps in the right direction. What more could you ask for?

We absolutely agree with you that our leaders have their hearts in the right place and are pushing initiatives for the right reasons... to make us all better and provide a superior product in the market in an ethically responsible way. We are involved in a lot of community initiatives to give back to those we care about and allow our associates to give gifts to the non-profits they care about too. Thank you for this review -- it's something we know but that not every associate includes in a review!
