Thanks for this review! Once again, we're so glad to see that we're impressing our associates with the benefits we offer, the training opportunities we provide, and our compassionate and empathetic leadership. You don't elaborate on the schedule limitations you experience, but we do try to make work fit into our associate's lives. We try to give options to see what works best for the associate and still giving them the 40 hours per week they want to work. We also care about flexibility in terms of work-life balance and work environment flexibility, which is also very popular with our associates.
