      Pros

      There WAS remote work, but that was taken away without notice. Offer unlimited time off, but good luck taking it.

      Cons

      Where to begin? Seems great…at first. Volatile leaders with rampant favoritism- not based on performance (an ongoing theme based on these reviews). Every person I joined the company with quit within 9 months. Constant crisis management because no planning goes into large projects. Suggestions for process improvement are ignored because managers have been there forever and think they are already doing everything right.

We do feel that all of our associates have the same opportunities, it’s a matter of investing yourself and managing your career journey to achieve those goals. While some roles recently have adjusted from fully remote to hybrid, we have made sure to provide ample time for adjustments. We regularly seek feedback from our associates and encourage engagement in quarterly CEO meetings to continue to improve upon the associate and customer experience.

      Benefits are so bad compared to what other banks offer. Parental leave/ Maternity leave is embarrassing! Bereavement is a joke! The medical OOP and deductibles are so high!
