Well, there's not a lot of information in this review for us to address. It looks like you're no longer with us, but we hope you did get the opportunity to work for some managers you liked while you were here. Best of luck in your future endeavors!

Pros

-Opportunities to get promoted from within the company. -Decent pay and benefits. -Great coworkers.

Cons

-Aggressively woke, progressive stances on social issues. -Promotions based primarily on length of time with the company and diversity. -Very complex, convoluted IT infrastructure and Info Sec policies (nothing here operates smoothly).

Thanks for sharing the positive aspects you enjoyed while working with Bread Financial! We agree that there are lots of avenues to consider career advancement and explore growth opportunities. We pride ourselves on market competitive compensation, benefit offerings, and high-quality talent. We do have a pretty "woke" culture because we have our eyes open to what matters to our entire associate population. We want our associates to feel comfortable, supported, and empowered to thrive in their career at Bread Financial.

Pros

PTO is satisfactory, but they keep playing with it

Cons

Senior leadership only talks about sunshine and rainbows like they're dellusional. Supervisors give you quickest responses possible, not actual help. In the call centers, it is the goal to transfer, not help the customers.

Our flexible, unlimited time off is a very important part of our work/life balance culture, we're happy to hear they're working for you! Our goal is to ensure our customers get the answers they need and feel satisfied when their call ends, and that's how we train our associate's. We're always looking at ways to better improve that experience and are continuing to improve it. We appreciate your feedback and will ensure that it is passed along.
