Wow, we're at a loss for words! It's so great that you've found a great Customer Service role where you can be yourself and be successful at the same time. Flexible schedules? We totally agree that this is PRO! Most of our associates are fans of schedule flexibility and the bonus program!! Sorry to hear that you don't love goal setting - We think they helps keep us all rowing in the same direction. MOVING ON UP: If you're interested, you should check out the Development Community (the Teams group shares open roles, training and events, leadership training, etc.) and you can also find out details on our internal InView page re: Stretch Assignments (to learn skills in another dept for part of your work week), Apprenticeships (where you can "try on" another job for a few months in another dept), free access to LinkedIn Learning to take some classes, Tuition reimbursement for college classes, and we even have functional job training classes in Career Destinations (for things like Data Analysis, Financial Fluency, Product Management, etc.). There are LOTS of ways to MOVE UP within the organization.
