It is a great feeling to have supportive management in your corner! We pride ourselves on providing benefits that are relevant to our associates' ever changing needs and stressors. We recognize personal finances can be stressful for everyone and we've implemented a employer-sponsored financial wellness platform that offers goals-based financial planning and access to financial advisors. We've also enhanced our Employee Assistance Program to include more robust, personalized mental health solutions at no cost to associates or their family members.

Flexible schedules? We totally agree that this is PRO! Most of our associates are fans of schedule flexibility and the bonus program!! Sorry to hear that you don't love goal setting - We think they helps keep us all rowing in the same direction. MOVING ON UP: If you're interested, you should check out the Development Community (the Teams group shares open roles, training and events, leadership training, etc.) and you can also find out details on our internal InView page re: Stretch Assignments (to learn skills in another dept for part of your work week), Apprenticeships (where you can "try on" another job for a few months in another dept), free access to LinkedIn Learning to take some classes, Tuition reimbursement for college classes, and we even have functional job training classes in Career Destinations (for things like Data Analysis, Financial Fluency, Product Management, etc.). There are LOTS of ways to MOVE UP within the organization. If you need some personalized recommendations, reach out to a member of HR and we can provide guidance on where to start. :) Thanks for sticking with us for 6+ years!
