The company is suffering because they have not invested in their infrastructure - the people who keep the company running smoothly so that their producers can function effectively. Office coordinators are underpaid and not well supported so there is high turnover and multiple offices are suffering from this lack of structure.

- decent pay and 401k match - decent facility/equipment - directors are not incredibly pushy/mircomanagers - EIM courses and resources - 60-minute evals

Cons

- 60-minute treatment sessions with 30-minute overlapping - multiple levels of directorship with moderate push for visits/billing - monthly bonuses and annual raises based on number of visits and course/certification/etc. completion, respectively
