summer Fridays good benefits ability to work from home off between Christmas and New Years company culture geared towards eliminating T1 Diabetes

Cons

no career path,no plan. Layoffs abound..if money needs to be saved, maybe cutting unnecessary expenses is better in the long run than just gutting departments

Pros

Love, love, love the benefits package. Time off, extra time off, holiday observances, remote work, etc are all a huge plus! Number one reason to work for them and to stay. Also, really neat that if you are T1D, they cover all of your supply needs.

Cons

Huge turn over! Things are always changing. The pressure, the KPI's. The insistence that one development plan will work in ANY market. YOU WORK A TON and that is why they give so much time off, but it is hard to take time off. There are so many events and not enough staff! They had staff before COVID, but then terminated 50%, putting all the pressure on remaining staff. It was terrible. In addition, they have policies for COVID that don't make any sense!

JDRF continues to underpay the majority of their staff, take a look at their annual financial report...some of the higher ups salaries does not reflect they are working for a non-profit.
