      Pros

      knowing that we are working to truly changes the lives of those impacted by T1D is nothing short of gratifying and fulfilling

      Cons

      all the push of diversity, equity, Inclusion, belonging. reporting serious issues regarding local leaders toward employees and having those be brushed under the rug and blatantly ignored is a big problem.

      Pros

      Met some great donors, families, and colleagues. Free T1D supplies. Mission focused.

      Cons

      Absolutely no work life balance. Boundaries I set could not be maintained because there was always something that needed to be done. My day off was never a day off. Terrible management. Brought concerns to HR and all they did was pussyfoot around the issues because they were to concerned with angering off big time donors. Unethical practices happening in a particular office on the east coast. Onboarding was bad. Hardly any diversity. No mentorship. All around bad experience.
