      excellent company to work for. Small but awesome both employees and management/owners

      Cons

      long commute for me, its august and takes me 1 - 2 hours - hate to think of what winter will be like

      Great People... few opportunities and many changes

      Pros

      The most passionate, hard working people I have ever worked with. I built really great relationships with people and would call them my friends.

      Cons

      Very unstable. I was there for 3 years and they restructured twice. They don't seem to know where they are going and react when things go bad. Very little upward movement in positions. Not much opportunity.
