Good People, Bad Management

Good pay, The people I worked with were generally great and friendly

Only 5 days of PTO a year, Management was very unhelpful Training was nearly non existent. This maybe unique to my department so your milage may very but my department was very new. we were given little training about work that we ended up doing very little of and basically pushed out the door. Our team had a group chat where it was regularly discussed not being sure what we were supposed to be doing on the day to day. My manager was very unhelpful, if I needed help with something it would take hours if not days for him to respond, but if something went wrong you'd hear about it in a damn near instant.

Any positives are overshadowed by having a racist boss.

Cons

Constant use of the N word. Every single time I would come in contact with my boss, he would always make a point to use the N word or have something insulting to say about a particular race of people. I get the feeling that he wasn't the only one either.

Hybrid work schedule and accommodating when it comes to kids and appointments.

Cons

Management isn't willing to help you succeed and you're just another number to help reach the end goal. Pay is very minimal with no end of year bonuses.
