      Fun industry to work in

      Management is never in the field to understand challenges/innovation needed to improve route to market in sales roles causing major frustration to sales force. They continue to remove perks/benefits and add territory and responsabilities to all roles to "save" on their own costs. Clearly they do not care about their employees.

      Mondays off. Unless its a holiday. You work 4 days no matter what.

      Cons

      -time off is prorated. If you take off and haven't worked enough they take it back if you leave. -GM says "if you dont like it work somewhere else. -work you into the ground for the money they promise. -work you dirty. You will work four 14s minimum and then unload what you didn't deliver. -company works against you and treats you like the money is free and not from blood, sweat and tears. -no good time windows for stops, no directions. Literally no itinerary. -rude customers and company backs them. -the list goes on. Dirty/bad company
