      Run, don't walk away from this dumpster fire

      Pros

      insurance was cheap. Wirtz Beverage was a great place to work. Every decision Breakthru makes, puts them in a worse position

      Cons

      Be prepared to work 60-100 hours per week, with no compensation, or consideration for you. When Covid hit, they made sure temp and union workers received hazard pay, and were allowed time off with no consequence, while management was laughed at when asked if it applied to them. Hope that you do not have any deaths in your family. When a close direct relative of mine passed away, I was asked if I was still coming in to work. No sympathy card. No "sorry for your loss". Just be sure you show up to work

      The people are great but the culture is not

      Team members and management are awesome.

      Cons

      The company itself doesn't seem to have it together. There's a lot of corporate BS and smoke-blowing with little to nothing in the way of actual problem-solving.

      A great business for bad people!!!

      Self-scheduling/time management Decent pay for hard sometimes degrading work Wine is interesting Benefits

      ADULT BEVERAGE SALES IS A GREAT BUSINESS FOR BAD PEOPLE. I loved it for the first 12 years working for another distributor, and then the business changes and so many ridiculous brands were being produced by people whose only qualification is $$$. Crap product will ALWAYS be crap product. Now go sell this to all your loyal customers, so we can show distribution and they are stuck with it. Who cares!!! Get used to NO!!!!
