      Pros

      Surprisingly innovative for a wholesale distribution company. Invested heavily in IT, especially for sales. Senior Leadership makes company feel like a family. Willing to take the time to develop the next generation of leaders.

      Cons

      Constant pressure from both the suppliers and customers on price, tough industry. Lots of pressure from suppliers to make the number.
