      Pros

      There used to be a lot. The liquor industry is changing and corporate entities are taking the fun of the job out of it. Only positive is flexibility of your work hours and that is even getting monitored more.

      Cons

      A lot. They cut pay. Give unrealistic goals that you must hit. The goals actually make you less productive at your job.

      Pros

      Breakthru, formerly Wirtz, is a great company to work at due to the company culture, benefits, and work-life balance. The company does a great job of surrounding you with talented people who continuously push you to succeed and execute at the highest possible level.

      Cons

      Union ties for the sales representatives, sales associates, and district managers can sometimes handcuff the way you'd prefer to do business.

      Thank you for your dedication to our organization and our customers. Our culture is very special. Although we are over 6000 associate strong, it still feels like a family. It is one of the reasons why many of our associates decide to come and stay. We have great relationships with our union partners and work closely to strengthen our great partnerships.
