      Pros

      Breakthru, formerly Wirtz, is a great company to work at due to the company culture, benefits, and work-life balance. The company does a great job of surrounding you with talented people who continuously push you to succeed and execute at the highest possible level.

      Cons

      Union ties for the sales representatives, sales associates, and district managers can sometimes handcuff the way you'd prefer to do business.

      Thank you for your dedication to our organization and our customers. Our culture is very special. Although we are over 6000 associate strong, it still feels like a family. It is one of the reasons why many of our associates decide to come and stay. We have great relationships with our union partners and work closely to strengthen our great partnerships.

      Pros

      Four day work week, benefits are good if they only had someone there that could explain them. Good vacation policy would be better if they actually let you use them. Vacation was basically used when staff said you could use it.

      Cons

      Lower pay than competition, poor treatment by new human resources personnel. Overachievers held to high standards. Underachievers are babied and coddled. Routing needs a facelift Dynamic routing=Dynamic Failure.
