      Great Portfolio / Awful Operations and Leadership

      Pros

      Top of class wine and spirits portfolio. Well established account base.

      Cons

      Terribly inconsistent warehouse and delivery operation. These mistakes are passed down to the sales reps so instead of fixing it from the operations side, accountability is passed to the sales rep by way of hand deliveries at the out of pocket expense of the rep.

      Used to be salary and is now hourly. No reimbursement for gas.
