Pros

- Living wage - They encourage employees to take the Cicerone Beer Server exam, therefore all employees have the same base level knowledge of the product - Effective management structure - A very organised company to work for - They plan to double the number of bars they have in the next year - Opportunities for progression

Cons

- My experience with pay roll has been fairly negative, it took a long time for me to be paid the right amount - The company is becoming more of a chain and feels like it is slowly undermining their original aims of a company, which was to be fiercely independent. - They occupy a huge space in the craft beer industry, making it more difficult for the smaller brands that they claim to support.

Pros

Nice sense of community in the team.

Cons

Insular company mentality which, in retrospect, took over my life for the time I worked there. Not enough recognition for the work I did, and some bad hiring decisions made everyone’s jobs harder.
