Management is muddled and full of petty popularity contests. If you can’t play the game and be “BrewDog” you won’t progress despite skills. Bit culty. They make vague or real promises of progression that they don’t follow through on, leaving people stuck at one level for a long time when they could have been pursuing opportunities elsewhere or having their skills properly used by the company. Salaries once you go past base aren’t competitive at all.
