Pros

The possibilities are endless and progression is there if you are willing to work for it. Progression is not just based on job title but the amount you can take on and learn. You are exposed to much more than just your day to day role so you can experience more, learn and develop. Free beer every month! Cicerone Scheme pay. The most amazing pension scheme ever! Private healthcare. Amazing Staff. Culture of sharing and co-operation

Cons

It is super faced paced. This can be amazing or super challenging. Working for BrewDog will never be sunshine and rainbows. So be prepared to work the hardest you ever have! Because it is so fast paced there achievements can go un-noticed as are pushed, and push yourself to go immediately to the next win!

Pros

Great training with a name that still holds sway when looking to move on within the industry.

Cons

A constant slipping of the bar when it comes to standards, ethics and the treatment of staff. Multiple departments conflicting with each other backed up by constant power struggles throughout the company. Not that those struggles achieve anything, if you aren't a favourite of certain members of upper management then you'll never rise up the ranks, no matter your commitment or skill level. Absolutely no consideration for the mental wellbeing of staff. You're BrewDog 24/7 or you're nothing, you have no other life. Don't let them know you're struggling because you'll be kissing that promotion goodbye forever. An ever-present fear of making a mistake and being blacklisted for future opportunities or worse; fired on the spot. Pressured to lie to customers regarding manufacturing processes. This has gone on for many years.
