They claim living wages but being sent home from shifts early when quiet means so weeks you'd earn less than 200 quid.

I asked my manager to have him removed from the bar only to be told no as he was the managers friend and made to work right in front of him as he was sat at the bar. The manager would routinely get us to cook the books so he could use the safe as his presonal bank. When I objected to this my hours got cut as he didn't want me doing closes so he could continue with this practice.

The hire/fire attitude is off the scale, so much staff turnover. If you're looking for job security this isn't the place.
