Pros

Super exciting fast paced place to work. Constant changes as the company keeps growing rapidly so be willing to adapt and work hard and career progression could be yours. Management are always willing to listen to input whatever level you are at. Good discounts and staff perks available to all. Nice rewards for excelling whether on the Cicerone programme or just going above and beyond. Shift work means people to hang out with on your days off. Also take 4 days holiday and enjoy 12 days off! You get a beer allowance!

Cons

Lack of sick pay, however this is being looked at I believe. Shift work means nights and weekends. The flipside to this is 4 days off with the rest of your shift to socialise with. Ellon is quite a quiet place but Aberdeen has plenty to offer and the local coastline and countryside is beautiful.
